At Off Ya Tree, we want you to love your alternative fashion and accessories, so if something isn't right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on body jewelry, earrings, or intimate apparel unless they are faulty.

Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached, excluding non-returnable items like body jewelry.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization number.
Pack and Post
Securely package your items and send them back to our warehouse via a tracked postal service to ensure they arrive safely.
Process and Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
